Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our For Sale section, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payments from:

• Cheques
• Postal Orders
• Cash - sent at your risk
• PayPal
  
• Credit and Debit cards - (you can pay with these through PayPal even if you don't have an account with them).

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the payment being cleared, for the majority of the time we dispatch orders within 1 working day.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, TrainModels.net would be happy to give a refund on return of goods
(less the postage cost).

Please return good within 10 days of receiving them.
